I did a lot of research on food, nutrition, and body to experience everything I could to improve revenue. Whenever I create a healthy version of a recipe, I follow these six steps: 1. Health &#8211; reduction of nutrients and nutrient poor increasingly good 2. Tasty &#8211; the recipe should taste the same, or better 3. Good sized portions &#8211; enough to make you feel full 4. Easy to do &#8211; with two children that I have to hurry! 5. City / everyday ingredients &#8211; ingredients that you can buy at their local store and use until you&#8217;re gone. Complete dinner &#8211; the association of a face of a voice makes it much easier when you try to feed your family as you can see from my recipes, always use a few basic ingredients that I used when I was cooking unhealthy versions &#8211; I changed the way in which these ingredients are used and how these ingredients are used. I also added many new products that contribute to change my cooking my recipes for the healthy version. These revenues have helped change my family in a new healthy lifestyle and hope to do the same for yours.</p>

The Healthy Life Cook Book, 2d ed. &#8211; Product DescriptionThis small book was compiled by special and reiterated request. Otherwise, I hesitate to add the current number of vegetarian cookbooks. It is not directed at a professional cook, but those who are, as I did, before the economic need for the manufacture of vegetarian dishes, no cooking experience.
