Fresh Indian is one of my favorite cookbooks and I have dozens of books on Indian cooking, as I am just a cook. I wrote a cooking column for a sailing magazine for many years and one of my articles, my favorite is “Two Ways to Tandoori” which you can read in one of my “Amazon So you want to Guide” if you want. tandoori chicken is simply delicious. Anyway, while I was doing the driving, I have listed fifty pounds of kitchen in my collection. I have more. I know, I know, we might think couple of books would be sufficient, but it’s a bit ‘obsession for me, to enjoy good food and I like to see how others have fait.Pendant I did the driving, I took all my books, Indian food, had piled all around me. Then I decided to eliminate those who do not think I could live without. E ‘come in dozens, even and Fresh Indian was one of the books. The recipes are simply divine. I’ve never been in India, in many places, but there is never. Delhi, Bombay, Ganges, names that ring true with adventure. I think I ‘m here every time you cook something Indian. I can feel the smells as you wrap their delicious flavors all around the kitchen, or cooking, if I have a kitchen on board the sailboat my husband Dub and I live about half of the year. She will not go wrong with this book. Check it out. Check out my other eleven too. invent something that evening, India, the taste for adventure. Reviewed by Captain Katie Osborne Rating: 5 / 5

My husband is Indian, so we cook a lot of Indian food. We have many recipes that her mother is long past, but more often they used this book – it’s probably got the most out of one of my cookbooks in the last month. He takes inspiration from all over India, has extended its range of dishes that I make and each recipe was good and easy – most can be grouped in 30 plates minutes. The have a touch more modern light, so they are not traditional but are healthier and taste just as good. It also includes an ideal reference point for spices and other ingredients. Rating: 5 / 5
