This book (and the magazine that has recently ceased publication), has great recipes low in fat, easy and tasty. If you like to cook, like me, with lots of vegetables, unique ingredients, and not much fat, then you’ve probably run into delicious recipes with a list of ingredients, so long as your arm. Recipe Rescue managed to get all the flavor, wihout the laborious preparation of many recipes to eat more “healthy”. I can use them sparingly exotic ingredients to get the flavor and calories without charge. (Coconut milk, nut butter.) Ever had poached pears with cranberries and dried bay leaves? What about peaches and fresh basil? Fresh pizza dough is ready to top 10 minutes? What about pistachios and cardamom biscuits? All this and much more in this book is incredible. I can not imagine why it was full! And I miss the last bimonthly magazine. Rating: 5 / 5
